Good luck, but we all know the outcome will be outstanding.

Pic for motivation lol. Yeah this is the same cam going in the same lq4 as you Red....look at them big Ole lobes. The biggest thing is making sure the lifters stay up in their trays and getting the timing marks right. Dowel rods will keep them from falling. Make sure u replace that cam retaining plate. A good source for low oil pressure if it doesn't seal. Plan it out and you'll be good to go. 337706ef0066e6801f1718e6bfda4aaf.jpg

Awesome pic. I've got the cam retaining plate and also went with an ARP crank bolt. How do you like the Vinci Trucker cam?

Good man, same here. ARP only made sense. I like the cam. It seems hungry for a blower lol. Good midrange power and torque. The only thing is I'm running a stall which seems to help low end since the power band definitely shifted to 1900rpm+.

Yeah Roger Vinci told me my blower would be happy with that cam.
Well today I replaced my crispy burned DRL sockets with some new ones I bought off EBay. I'm surprised they were working at all. As you can see I like LED's.

I switched to an entire led housing after doing led bulbs for a year. Not as bright as led bulbs. But im happy with them. And no more toasted sockets

My sockets got toasted from the old bulbs before I went with LED, which run so much cooler than the old incandescents did. I don't expect any more heat-related problems.
