I've been noticing my AFR has been dropping to the low 10's under boost since installing my headers and Aero muffler so I asked Blackbear and they had me check it at WOT in 2nd gear at 4500 RPM and it was 10.2. Today they sent me an adjusted tune and I'll install it tonight. Those guys are the best.

I need to get a BB tune. I have 10.5 MPG and it takes forever for the truck to take off. My tires aren't helping, but still. It'd also be nice for my speedo to actually read the speed I'm going, rather than having to guess or use my phone because of the oversized tires. However, I'm broke again, so it doesn't look like that'll be happening any time soon.

But actually, if anyone is looking for a set of stock GMT800 Chevy head and taillights hit me up. No cracks, but regular fading.

Today I made my lifter retaining tools out of 1/4" steel rod , bought an electric 1/2" impact gun finally, and made a final list of what I need for the cam swap then ordered a few things off Amazon prime and made note of the last couple items I need to pick up locally. My list:

Cam
Oil Pump + o-ring
Timing set
Cam retaining plate + bolts
ARP crank bolt
Timing cover gasket
Oil pan gasket
Oil cooler gasket
Water pump gasket
Front engine seal
6 qts. oil
Oil filter
3 gals. antifreeze
3 gals. distilled water
Loctite blue and red
RTV sealant
Lifter dowel tools
Harmonic balancer puller
Harmonic balancer install tool
Flywheel lock tool

I believe that's it but I will double check again, of course.

List looks good. Glad u not trying to force the crank pulley on with the bolt. U can always use those rods to search for gold afterwards lol.

Got a question on your wideband. How did u tap into a switched power source? Finally getting around to installing mine and am not seeing any options other than a rear wiper fuse and I have barn doors so that will be interesting. I'd rather not splice any wire if I can help it.

Are you just going into your fuse panel for switched power?

I just tapped into a wire under the dash for acc power, and into instrument cluster wires for illumination and tach. Soldered and heat shrinked. And yeah I'm gonna need to find some gold after this is all over so those rods will come in handy.
