So I finally got these installed whilst the truck was in for scheduled service.
Dealer charged me $150 for the install.

Don't know what else to tell you ... they're in there somewhere and no pics can be taken. :)

I have ... they do not work when a factory remote start system is present.
A remote starter may indeed be a security liability, but is one of the features I use the most.

i have them and installed them my self. Dealer charged me 99 to program them. If you really must know the locations, the wheel sensor is 3m tapped to the Drivers foot air duct and the shock is on the knee bolster under the dash. They work really well. Ive tried it out. Once by jacking, alarm sounded after a few pumps of the jack and all 4 tires were still on the ground. One time a tire went flat and the alarm sounded. shock sensor well its does what it does, senses shocks. depending on the force that it detects, a light tap will chirp the horn and a good hit will set off the alarm

All you need now is the 2 way advanced remote

Sumo, I don't know if I can get the advanced remote for my truck cause it doesn't have the automatic liftgate ... I look closer into it though.

Quick question ...

It says on both the Shock Sensor and the Inclination Sensor instructions that the option to disable appears on the DIC when you turn off the truck. This is in fact true but I only get the message for the Shock Sensor.

Is this because the DIC has to choose one of the two and defaults to the Shock Sensor option or do you get both options displayed on yours?

i dont have power tail either. as far as disabling, the message on the Dic when key off is Press v to disable motion sensor. It disables both shock and inclination, but rearms them next time key is turned and off. It will ask you again the next time you turn off they key

the problem of this is that they dont warranty the Monkey if it dies of failure to Keep it happy, fed or involved in a rear end accident:emotions122:

Can you please do me a favor and test it out and see what it actually says on the DIC?

My message says 'click v to disable shock sensor' not 'click v to disable motion sensor' ...

Sorry sorry my bad it does indeed say motion.

So basically when both are installed they are either both enabled or both disabled.

its all the same message whether its one or the other or both installed. If you have both installed, and disable, it disables both sensors.
