So my yukon was keyed yesterday!

The best part is they use OEM parts and not junk parts when insurance pays for it. Or at least they're supposed to.

I would always request OEM anyway. Hit a deer and they tried appraising me for aftermarket parts and I requested OEM and got nearly twice what they originally were going to give me.

To continue my string of bad luck, it appears that fedex has lost my package which contain the esky roof rack that i bought from a member on here

Tracking says it was delivered to me at 3:08 saturday in my garage. Well i was home all day and no package was left here. Now since they are closed till tuesday, i have to wait till then to hear back from them

I would be reaching through that phone and beating the FedEx person with their own phone!! I hate that kind of customer service.

Tell me about it. They could at least give me some type of explanation of what the driver said happened. They just make it sound like it was lost and nobody cares to look for it.

Tracking says it was delivered right after 3 pm on saturday and i called them immediately to tell them he never came by my house. At which point i was told that they close at 3 pm and dont reopen until tuesday morning so they cant contact the driver until then
