What I found while testing was the VCX needed to be connected - SPS2 detected the device on my laptop and connected to the truck. I was only using the techline connect-VX manager was not running during the session, FWIW!the vcx manager must be running in the background for this to work (pretty sure anyway) unless something has changed
supposedly there is a couple things it cannot do versus a actual tech2 but I do not know the details, although I did not or have not tried those 2 particular things I could not find anything that did not work.So the Tech2 win can do all the Tech2 stuff like enabling afterblow and calibrating the ride height sensors?
here's a challenge try doing a evap test, best of luck lolIf anyone thinks of something that needs tested, please ask. I am going to do some BCM upgrades this evening and addition poking (research) around to familiarize myself.
If Tech2Win came with the Nano, no.To use Tech2win for diagnostic using the vcx nano, do i need to purchase a tech2win subscription from acdelco website or just the sps2 $45 vin credit?
Came with it how? tech2win was part of the installation for the vxdiag software. Is that what you mean?If Tech2Win came with the Nano, no.
