Damn that thing sounds good. Do you have an exhaust?Didn't Castech make a 706 head? I'd make sure it wasn't if I was you. I have that same cam with the beehive springs and I love it!

Thanks. It has 1 3/4 Speed Engineering long tubes, no cats and a 3" straight through MBRP muffler.Damn that thing sounds good. Do you have an exhaust?
I had a Magnaflow on my work van. It was used as a replacement muffler. Sounded good with a nice low rumble, and no drone. My MBRP has alot of drone, especially on the highway, due partly to having no cats, and it's a short-ish bodied muffler. It's LOUD lol.I was looking at those mbrp straight through mufflers just yesterday. I was debating on that and the magnaflow.
It also depends on the length of the muffler. The longer/bigger it is, the less potential for drone--so I've read.Yeah,
That is mainly why I am interested in the magnaflow. I want it to sound badass on the outside but have no cabin drone.
I'm a fan of magnaflow. I have the cat back on my Camaro and just the muffler on my ls swap c10. I don't care for super loud cars and these fit the bill nicely. When my stock stuff rusts out on the avalanche, I'll probably throw a magnaflow catback on it.Yeah,
