Apologies for what is going to certainly be a newbie question here, but I am a Ford guy buying my first GM product, and I must say, It's not been fun. Anyway, I have an order in for a 2023 Yukon XL Denali Ultimate. It's at status 2051 now.
In previous conversations with the salesperson I was told that I would be made aware of any items on constraint before the car was built. Now today, he is telling me I would only know once the car has been invoiced, at status 4150. Is that true? He told me not to worry because it is an Ultimate, but when I'm paying what I am for this car I want to make sure I know what I'm getting.
Was the salesman right the first time (prior to build) or now (at invoice)? Thanks in advance.
