Ok, so wiggled connection, no change, unhooked weather pack, and reconnected, no change, decided to remove the ground wire, connected the ground wire directly to a separate ground and BINGO, bad ground

Time and time and time again we see so many strange problems caused by bad grounds. That should be a yearly or bi-yearly check for these rigs, especially in the rust states.
