So if you start out with 12v and try to start it 4 times you end up with 10v?
have you tried to jump it or use a charger with starting boost?
Yeah tried jumping it from another car and with a jump pack and yeah it makes it way down to 10v real quick when trying to crank it. Wouldnt accesorries not work as well or go in and out if it was a ground. Any chance neutral safety switch has anything to do with this?

10V is no good, if it was a safety switch you probably wouldn't even get a "click" it just wouldn't do anything

So is this pretty much narrowed down to bad battery cables or bad ground? I wire brushed battery terminals so those are clean,no corrosion, and nice and tight

pretty much any autoparts store can load test the battery, that's what it sounds like needs to be done to rule it in or out
I can rule that out cuz i had the first one tested and got a new one anyway so see if it made a difference and same thing so pretty sure its not to do with the battery

10V is no good, we are just trying to help, troubleshooting this issue is a step by step process, not a guessing game, if you are just going to guess and not check things off the list-then good luck.

1. load test battery
2 if good charge it up full 100%
3. if no good, replace
4. in either case-after battery 100% full or replaced attempt start 1X
5. if no start load test starter cables
6 if load drop replace cables or correct issue
7 if still no start, pull starter-bench test
8 if starter passes bench test, then re-install shimmed.
9. if still no start then issue is reported incorrectly and it's something else.

Sure sounds like a failing battery, failing starter or power flow problem from too much resistance in the cables.

I was just about to say, I wash my hands of this. Its a simple process of elimination. And just a "well I just replaced it" dont mean s|-|it. Even professional mechanics will tell you, verify the repair. And its a free repair. Take the battery to get load tested.

@Hanky - I get your new here. But we know quite a lot, and we know how to start a diagnostic troubleshooting map. Some of us (like me) have certifications (I am a GM Certified Master Tech, Retired). You want to throw a parts cannon at it, thats your deal. Not ours. I have even done it, and wasted a lot of time, money, and OTHER peoples time.

Good luck..
