I can rule that out cuz i had the first one tested and got a new one anyway so see if it made a difference and same thing so pretty sure its not to do with the battery
10V is no good, we are just trying to help, troubleshooting this issue is a step by step process, not a guessing game, if you are just going to guess and not check things off the list-then good luck.
1. load test battery
2 if good charge it up full 100%
3. if no good, replace
4. in either case-after battery 100% full or replaced attempt start 1X
5. if no start load test starter cables
6 if load drop replace cables or correct issue
7 if still no start, pull starter-bench test
8 if starter passes bench test, then re-install shimmed.
9. if still no start then issue is reported incorrectly and it's something else.
