My son has been looking for one of these for months, and I thought I would try and help him out...

Just thought this would be the best place to ask...

If you have power retractable assist steps for sale for a Short Wheel Based Yukon or Tahoe let me know

Thanks

So you WANT the powered steps, correct?

Best thing to do is check eBay or Craigslist. Only people here that have them and want to keep them. Most people who have them don't want to get rid of them

I moved it to the wanted section though and fixed the thread name and details.

you're going to have a heck of a time retrofitting the OEM steps into a vehicle that did not have them from the factory (not sure if this is what you are trying to do).

I'd suggest avoiding any issues and getting into a set of AMP Research steps. There is a lightly used set on ebay right now: http://www.ebay.com/itm/AMP-Researc...Parts_Accessories&hash=item338eddbe8d&vxp=mtr

These are generally much easier to work with and the wiring is already there. :Handshake:

i didn't want to get this thread off topic, but yes he did, but the guy also did it as a prototype. I believe he was considering on mass producing the wiring, but not sure if it ever took off. Did not want to confuse the OP... :Handshake:

I doo

KP Technologies

RUNNING BOARD CONTROLLER

I've exchanged emails with Kp tech and they seem confident that it will work with the power assist steps but won't promise anything however it is the same company that made BaggedIntegra's.
