What did you do to your 2015-2020 K2XX Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Burb got a new windshield on Friday, and topped off the AC system after finding a bad seal on the Schrader valve Knock on wood, but i think she's now fully ready to be considered in full service, so being that i hate my wallet, time for the mods. Esky mirrors ordered, and will probably be getting Morimoto Esky tail lights for her as a Christmas present to myself and the wife

I like to think so. Only woman i know that when i mentioned about buying her a brand new Cadillac she wasn't sure if she'd want it or not... At the end of the day, the burb is here for our spare rig. problem is it's comfy, and gets decent fuel economy so we both like driving it even when there isn't a reason to drive it

Swapped out the bad bushing on my front sway bar and drove it through the car wash. I need to remember to squeeze some more grease into it before I drive it too much.... we'll see.

Esky mirrors installed, easy 36 minute job. Now that the day is over, i think i'll hit up a carwash and let her get clean

Remembered to fix my grease gun and use it on my new bushing.

ordered new tires for the Wife's burb, even though these are a oop model the strike might lead to higher prices simply because of supply & demand, tried to hold off as long as possible hoping they would drop more but that gamble could backfire. the 22's were $500 more than the 20's i ordered for the silverado

I finally found a second Escalade mirror and slapped them on earlier. I know the flashers work but didn't test anything else. Hopefully it's all good

If the turns work, everything else should as long as the new mirrors have all the same functions as the old ones. The turns is about all i checked right away beyond adjusting them to my liking and checking the power folding as well. But drove it for a day and the BSM worked as well as cross path detections so i'm tickled pink with having them. So much better then the OEM mirrors

I washed it today so here you go. As Loki said everything else just worked which was nice and the increased viewing area is easily worth the cost even before selling the original mirrors.


I still really need to trim that valence.
