Finally got my 4-Lo/6-Hi Mod to work:

DIY: 00-02 SUPER EASY 4-Lo/6-Hi Mod w/DRLs

installed blue leds behind the gauges and removed stock cassette player-fabricating a piece to hold some switches and bass controllers to fit in its place

Took an iphone pic of me using it as a ladder:

ie I climbed out the open sunroof and walked right onto the roof. Can't believe it took me 6 months to think of it.

Besides it was a good excuse to show off the wheels with everything clean.

well it was 2 days ago, installed a laptop mount. Long road trips no problem now.
