What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

My truck rode about 2in lower when I replaced my nivomats with bilsteins. It looked cool rode smooth but didn't have any load handling ability. Even bottomed out once just driving around. Nivomats have a built in spring and you will see you cannot compress them by hand like other shocks. I replaced mine with bilsteins factory spring. Handles better than the nivomats but doesn't have the same load handling ability it did stock.

Please keep us updated. I noticed while doing my shocks that my front brakes will need to be changed soon, and I also have the nnbs upgraded brakes, along with the steel braided lines. I heard it's a real mofo to bleed the brakes. Supposedly you can only really do it with a snap on hand held or equivalent. Think that's true? Instead of bleeding the brakes the old fashion way?

That's sweet, where did you buy it?

Harbor Freight. I know, I know! I did a lot of research on it and it's getting pretty good reviews. As far as playing around with it a bit tonight, the thing is built like a tank, but surprisingly easy to steer around. I like it so far.

I got a similar Jack from HF, works great! I think it's a 6 ton.

Yes sir just a little time consuming that's it. I helped my best friend replace his front calipers on his suburban after replacing the caliper we did the traditional bleed procedure start from the furthest away from the master cylinder and so on took us and but 25 to 30 mins to bleed it was all good afterwards
