Rear ended yesterday... last night my battery light came on for approx 10-15 seconds and goes off. Today my Hoe died a block from work.

Did that lil Ford Escape I kill, claim my alternator? Coincidence or not? yall's thoughts? lol

04 Hoe stock Delphi alt. with approx. 4K hours on it.

Check your rear trailer. Plug could be damaged and shorting

The only damage to my rear was a light scuff to the paint. Granted the impact was good and I did make sure nothing was rattled which everything is still sounds.

Good thinking but as far as a damaged harness or bad ground on the rear end of the vehicle would have no effect to the charging system of the vehicle. Completely separate circuits. So that theory is ruled out.

Today Factory Sub replacement. New Pioneer didn't fit too easy, had to Dremel the hell out of the box, but it's in there good now.

Nice upgrade. I have a stock sub in great condition, they actually sound pretty good.
Need to throw a patch of sound deadening behind there before you button it all up.

Installed an Aero Turbine 3.5" in/out muffler. This thing is LOUD. Actually louder than straight pipes. Perfect compliment to the headers.I love it.
Edit: I just added a short video of start-up and punch of the throttle for those interested.

They're actually illegal in SUV's because unlike a pickup, we have nothing between the rearmost passengers and an impact, that is if we have someone in the 3rd row. If you have someone back there and they get hurt in an accident you'd better be rich or hope they're reeal nice because no insurance company will pay out and you'll be open for a lawsuit. In fact no insurance will pay out a dime for any rear end collision without a bumper back there.

They paid out on my buddies rollpanned Tahoe no issues but I just don't want to deal with the headache.
