I installed the rear shock extenders for my lifted 2006 Tahoe today. Let me tell you the difference made in the ride quality. It is amazing! I wish the Supreme Suspensions kit came with the extensions for the rear like it does the front, but I can't complain when I got the lift kit on a sale and had amazon dollars to spend. My next step is to replace all minor maintenance items (belts, tensioners, filters, and brakes). I'm looking at the Powerstop pads and rotors (blanks) all the way around. No need for any performance modifications as this will be my daily for a long time to come. I'm also in the process of building a custom tablet bracket for my LG G Pad 10.1 I'll keep updated as that project takes shape.

Pics or it didn't happen. Read the rules.

well, add $200 to my previous total...oil pan sprung a major leak after trans install. It was there before, but maybe a quart a month. Afterwards it was all over the undercarriage about a quart a day for 3 days. Mechanic came back out to make sure it wasn't the rear main seal.

So, we made a deal. He does oil pan gasket, oil pickup o-ring, block of plate gasket, valve cover gaskets, and throw in a new oil pressure sensor we just had warrantied from another one of his trucks for $150 in labor. $50 in parts after the $30 off advanced coupon code.

Can't say its a bad deal, saves me a ton of time and I don't have to worry about it on our Labor Day trip.

It has to be, because after all this I am definitely stuck with the truck now!

like i said in the pm, its the Tonyrodz syndrome lol

Better than the $300-$500 payment plus insurance on a new Tundra tho

Yes I said Tundra, next truck will be a Crewmax. I am friends with the local Tundra clubs and their group discount is phenomenal. Between Austin and San Antonio, there are 600 members. Texas wide, there are almost 3k members
