Got the no rear brakes issue fixed. Turned out the be a proportioning valve. Whole dang brake system is new at this point.

I replaced some bulbs in the window switches and other pieces last week and didn’t have pics so here they are. I had to replace one again tonight, not sure why but it burned out and melted the diffuser at the same time. It’s tedious as hell. Not recommended in 99-02. I hear the 03-06’s are better, it’s a different design.

Got the headlights off Amazon. Says Brock, but box came labeled Eagle Eyes. They seem to be good quality. Once adjusted the light output is great. Nice cutoff line. No water leakage/condensation. You use 9005 bulbs for both high and low beams. Low has included pigtail to connect to existing vehicle harness, so yes basically plug and play.

Nice shiny new coil springs and stops on the rear:

Didn’t like the rear sag when I loaded the XL this week, so swapped these new springs for heavy duty version. Gained about 1.5 inches, but should settle back down a little.
