I was able to get a razor under it and peel it off in sheets

I think you got lucky. Mine only peeled in places, then there were random areas where it left the chrome on and it looked like a chrome spotted leopard or someone with a deep tan that’s peeling lol. No matter how I tried I couldn’t get those areas to peel. Glad it worked for you though.

Got a little bored and decided to swap out the rear Cig outlet with a Quickcharge USB outlet, did the same thing to my center console a while ago since those plug in USB chargers crap out quickly, wanted to do this since I camp in my Burban during music festivals and can monitor my battery while I'm sleeping in it.

I left my accessory outlet back there for blowing up air toys or mattresses and just keep a converter in my glovebox that plugs in to it and has 2 high power usb outlets. I did convert the front one by the console to a dual usb outlet though so the cover can stay closed when they’re not in use. I don’t need an accessory outlet up there. Actually I think there’s another inside the console.

I left the rear cigarette power port and added 2 usb ports farther up on top of the rear hvac cover so the 3rd row could have usb ports, then added 2 more at the rear of the center console and left the cigarette port power there as well, easy to just tap into the harness and drill a hole.

This is awesome! How hard was it? Did you cut off whatever plug/harness was installed from the factory and crimp some blade connectors on?

Yeah cut off the factory leads and soldered and shrinkwrapped them to the plug, honestly a pretty simple quick mod took no more than 10 minutes, filed out the outlet hole a tad bit so it could fit in snug

Lol I'll take the luck. Hopefully it's as easy to peel it off the end pieces (the part around the lights) as the center section.

But yea im not even going to touch the center portion with all the holes.

Yesterday, got the brakes finished up. Now have the Z36 rotors / pads, as well as rear powder coated calipers, and all stainless lines. The combination of the GMT900 up front, and the Powerstop parts, and stainless lines makes all the difference. Stops on a dime now! Sorry for the half-dirty pics. Got more relatives coming in to town today, so I’m busy getting ready for that. [emoji2957]

Oh and discovered recently a OEM cargo net stashed in the side cubby in the rear. I don’t think it’s ever been used. Good for groceries. Lol.

Swapped out On Star /Blue tooth box from 2009 Suburban for the non Blue tooth on my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali. It was a Consolidated box with the blue tooth antenna. Direct fit no extra unused wires. Paired to my I phone by first saying On Star and after response saying Blue Tooth then follow commands. Thereafter I am using my I phone X Siri voice command to dial hands free. Box utilizes the GMC speakers and steering wheel controls. Silences the radio and even the AC blower when using the phone. Can also blue tooth my WAZE GPS through the speakers.

This is the box I bought https://www.ebay.com/itm/393297188293?_trkparms=aid=1110006&algo=HOMESPLICE.SIM&ao=1&asc=20200818143132&meid=8dcca0c66e0d40af9afc581962a859f7&pid=101198&rk=5&rkt=12&mehot=sb&sd=313336399623&itm=393297188293&pmt=1&noa=0&pg=2047675&algv=SimplAMLCvipPairwiseWebWithBBEV2bDemotion&brand=Chevrolet&_trksid=p2047675.c101198.m1985
