Yeah that was kinda a joke. Just need to apply more foam product and elbow grease I think.
Ah, lol
Being one that really doesn't like to clean, I gave that way too much thought.

I cleaned that bracket in place with Super Clean full strength, then masked off as best I could and sprayed it with VHT crinkle black paint. It’s a PIA to remove it, you have to remove the pulley off the power steering pump. The paint covered everything that’s visible. Here’s a couple. Not great pics, but you can see how black the heads were. On another note.. this bracket is pretty hard to get clean. Any pointers are appreciated. Buy new..?
Hell yeah. That’s a good idea… looks good Mark.. but yeah.. needs some cleanin..Here’s mine @Sam Harris and now I took a picture I see I need to clean my engine bay so thanks for that.View attachment 357696
Make sure to use an OEM t connector, the Dorman ones fail quickly. Some buffing compound and a good buffer should remove the yellow.Suburban decided to puke its guts out on the freeway. Limped it home. I’m in the middle of replacing coolant, radiator, quick connect on the heater core.
Removed the door mouldings and the 3m tape left yellow staining I have not been able to remove. Should have left them on.
