I’ve been wanting to replace my brake fluid reservoir ever since I did the same to the coolant overflow reservoir because it was so stained. I need to research if I’ll need to bleed the brakes though. Any idea if I will? I take it you didn’t need to when doing the booster?

Edit: I see the service manual states to remove the MC and then replace the reservoir in which case the entire system would need to be bled. I’m wondering if there’s a way to do it without but probably not lol.
What I did was outside the brake fluid system so I didn’t need to bleed the brakes, but what you’re describing, in my opinion, would require a brake bleed. I try to do a brake fluid flush once every two years, and a Motive bleeder makes it pretty easy for me.

Yeah I use a Motive too. It does make it easy. I just replaced all my fluid with Wilwood hi-temp fluid last year ‘cause race truck. :favorites37:And I have Wildood’s BBK. So I’ll wait until it’s time to change it again and do it then. I guess I better buy the reservoir so I’ll have it.

I hadn’t uploaded any videos since the heads and cam, other than the cold start, so thought about that when I got home from picking up kiddo from school… man, this girl is loud now. Only revved to 4500 and she’s screaming!! Interesting though, I noticed my speedo moved a bit when I revved it.. wth..? Is that normal…?

And here’s the cold start just because:
