Had a few minutes to kill before work, so sipped some coffee and hey... Why not check fuel trims for giggles? (I always have this Zurich scanner in the console.)

For 208k miles... Runs great!
ST ranges between 1.6 max and -0.8 on both banks.

LT is holding 6.3 on Bank 1 and 3.9 on Bank 2.

@Pilot take your time. Remove all of the side panels. The ones in the trunk area had to he removed to I could drop it enough from the ceiling and turn it so I could get it out. I had watched a video about taking it out and seen where the guy was removing the dash to get at a harness connection since his harness came out with the headliner. Mine was taped to the roof though so the harness is still in there and didn't take the dash apart. A wire brush works good to get the bulk of the old glue off once you pull off the old fabric and backing. Then a Scotch Brite pad to clean up remaining stuff.

Combined with the cam I have and the Performabuilt trans and the fact it’s lowered, it’s sweet. She moves and handles pretty good. Then with the Wilwood 16”/14” BBK it stops great too. :)View attachment 387161
What Mark meant to say was: “I’m pretty tired of both the whipple, and the 6.0 under it. I’m sending it to @Sam Harris as a Christmas Gift. He’s paying shipping. Then, I’ll be installing an LT5, and probably a 10speed trans to go with it…”

I’m actually going to hang onto it. In case I change my mind down the road. Sorry brother! What I’d really like to do, is put an Esky windshield in, and wire up the antenna properly! But I’m assuming the glass is crazy expensive. I do have a nice big bullseye in the windshield already, so…
What does the windshield have in it? I thought the Escalades ran their antennas forward, in the engine bay?

We loaded up one of our Suburbans with books yesterday. Second row seats are out, third row seats are folded, and we pretty much covered every square inch of floor space with bags of books, and sometimes in double stacks. It is nice being reminded what our rugs are capable of, and this was just the 1500. It didn't even squat. We didn't have time to empty it yesterday, so my wife drove it to work, still loaded.
