Yesterday I abused her a little bit. My uncle brought over a picnic table so I had him drive down into my backyard with it. I never though he would get stuck and not be able to make it out with his truck. I used to drive my jeeps up and down the hill in 2wd no issues but an old 96 F150 couldn't make it up in 4wd and bald tires. So needless to say I had to back the Tahoe down hook up to his truck and pull him out. The Tahoe crawled up my hill nicely in 4lo with the truck attached and all went smooth until one of the tow ropes snapped and got wrapped around the transfer case. I haven't noticed any issues from that yet and 4wd worked great to pull him out the rest of the way. I feel pretty bad though because I destroyed his front bumper while pulling him up, he wasn't too worried about it but I am. So I told him I'd go to a junkyard and get him a replacement. I have to say I have never towed/hauled anything with the Tahoe so this was my first experience and I was extremely impressed with how well she handled pulling uphill. Damage assessed on the Tahoe, have a fluid leak, can't tell if it's from the transmission or the transfer case but it does appear to be wettest by transfer case.

I changed the oil in the denali with some high mileage stuff and ran the crap out of it towing our boat to and from an awesome reservoir yesterday, that truck still is soo much fun to drive!

Towed our 6000 lb vintage trailer on an epic 2900 mile, 2 week road trip. Portland -> Boise -> Park City -> Jackson Hole WY -> Yellowstone -> Bozeman -> Missoula -> Coeur D'Alene -> Spokane -> Portland.

The Tahoe performed flawlessly, never hiccuped once, although climbing some of the grades was a bit slow the temp gauge never moved.
