This came in, need to get it welded in:

Took the NNBS shifter out, cut the shaft with a dremel and bent in a vice, so the position was not pointing entirely downward when in Drive. If I'd have been thinking, I would have flipped around the keys in the ignition so you could see the Boost Auto Parts fobs.

I’m nervous. But just how nervous should I be about this oil cap looking like this. 5cf365ff429f87925013f9b42df195be.jpg

It's winter now, so there's a lot of natural moisture condensation. I wouldn't worry too much, as long as ur coolant level stays the same and thee's no milkshake inside the crankcase

the yellow crud is the condensation build up. seen this in many cars and trucks. its the short drive curse. engine never gets to full temp in winter with a short commute. then the moisture never steams off.
Wouldn’t hurt to pull a rocker cover and have a look though, just to ease any worries. I do mostly short trips, never seen that on any of mine.

Wife said washer nozzle appeared clogged.

Turns out the line is busted... Damnit. Sprays fluid all over the battery. Pulled battery to get better look and the tray is all rusty.

Cleaned up and painted battery tray. Didnt fix washer.

I finally ended up replacing the busted line. Still have low pressure at the passenger size nozzle. I think I messed up the nozzle when I was trying to figure out the issue.

I might just replace the whole arm as I am having trouble finding a replacement nozzle.

you could peek in the fill tube with a flash light. my 3800 and just about everyone on that forum always got the yellow crap under the cap, way worse then his was. under the vc everything is normal. you clean it off put it back on week later your see clear water droplets inside the cap. my 05 hoe had it last year when last looked. camaro seems to be ok so far, but i dont have a real cap, its aftermarket with a filter on it.

i need to open up the hoes catch can, id love to see what treats have built up in there by now. have not looked at since a week after i put it on. and it had some oil in it already, teaspoons worth.
