Pretty much what I did too. Yesterday I washed it, today I wiped it down with denatured alcohol ( I always have a gallon can of it plus some others like lacquer thinner) and applied the Cerakote. I was worried since I had painted mine 2-3 years ago and this stuff says it’s for unpainted plastic but it came out great. Oh and I vacuumed today too. Hope the Cerakote lasts on the painted plastic, we’ll see.

Did the rear sway bar bushings and link bushings. Energy Suspension - 35214R.

Not bad, needed a vice to press the new bushings into the links.

Ride quality is surprisingly better. Was not expecting that big of an improvement! My factory bushings didn't look bad at all. Might do the fronts here in a bit, possibly tomorrow.

Really, really weak, but wtf.. my pos Chicom backup camera has been fading since installation. I really don’t see a need to replace it, or anything, so just used some model paint, to clean it up. We’ll see how long it lasts:

And, a milestone.. I was cringing for most of these 1k miles... :

Also put these cheap valve caps on the wheels a couple weeks ago. I like them. I know they won’t last long, but I thought they looked pretty decent:e1014608441da11911206010db80a4a7.jpg3b16e6186c541b1c4ce03b4c09e6644f.jpg
Isn’t that cute. They even say GMC on them.!

Those wheels on your truck always make me want to find a set! Not sure if it's the semi aggressive sidewall or how clean you keep them but they look great.

Installing mine today and I already have the front kit on. I noticed a huge difference with the fronts on as well
