There’s tons of these out there. They pretty much all fit the outlet holes. Just find one with the fuse holder you want and install it at the fuse panel and run the wire from there to the outlet.

Agreed. But I think many are just tying it into the existing wires behind the dash panel.

If you’re putting fuse holders in hidden locations then you probably shouldn’t be doing your own wiring. That’s just common sense. I’m sure the instructions say to run it to the battery anyway, at least that’s what I’ve seen with all these aftermarket accessories. But if you want to connect it to the existing 12 v source that was hooked to the accessory outlet, then by all means wire it direct since it already has a fuse. But I’d never put a fuse holder anywhere except right at the fuse box or battery.

In my experience those aftermarket hardwire usb charges are larger than the hole. I've had to trim a tiny bit of the dash
