What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

The thing about it was I already had the p/n for 99% of it.

Here is the real kicker.
Front coil springs p/n 20842473
(last 8 BR245859)

So what to do next considering none are available. Only two show up in the whole country (MO and NC) - I called and both are spoken for. Also, there were no other p/n’s listed which superseded them nor any others for cross reference.

Does anyone who lives further south or anywhere things dont rust have any local LKQ/yards they recommend for a set of front coils?
I have all new struts, mounts, hardware, insulators…etc so the options are:

1. Try finding a different coil that fits without throwing off the feel of the ride.
2. Try to return the newly purchased struts and all of the hardware, then look for an aftermarket set?
3. Buy a pre-assembled unit that isn’t cheaply built.


Any suggestions gents? I have no need to lift the vehicle. It could potentially be lowered, but I would have to adjust the rear as well so I don’t end up with the “Carolina lean”.
There is a GM#88875301 Coil Spring set.
(Constant rate spring, w/ Electronic Dampening control suspension).
2 dealer shows to have this set.

I have a stubbornness that’s usually unwilling to ask for help. If those options of just ordering the new parts and slapping it in there were available I wouldn’t have reached out. OEM is really the only way to go especially given the ride of the Denali, but the lack of coils springs is the issue.
I see the photo's now, that being a pretty rare case, if new is not readily available I would just go with a used set and install new shocks, looks like some sort of metallurgy issue

I'm a little late to the party here, what exactly are you trying to accomplish? Replace the springs up front?

It might be convincing if you’ve never had the real thing before. I had a Harley Davidson V-Rod with all CF body parts. The stuff looks amazing. The wrap? It looks like a picture of CF. It looks better than the fake wood but it’s nothing close to real carbon fiber, which has depth. It is expensive though.
Fair point. I've never really looked at "show quality" CF. I'm comparing to more utilitarian stuff I've seen (and made a lifetime ago).

Sadly, Amazon beat the crap out of summits delivery time. The only thing I'll have to check is the date they were made. Summit was getting me some direct from the factory so I know those would have been brand new.
Never been so happy to see a UPS guy. Haha now I just need to get off of work.
Looks like oil change and new tires happening this weekend.

Pictures don’t do it justice, it’s 3 dimensional. You have to see it in person. At one point I needed a matching headlight cowl because I changed things on the bike and at first I tried having one hydro dipped but it looked despicable next to the real thing.
