Maybe the spare was the problemPulled the spare last night to make room for investigation, no evident marks on that. Of course now that that weight is off the back it isn't doing it today.

Did you install the offset endlinks for the rear sway bar and move the sway bar towards the passenger side?

If not, my guess is the sway bar is making contact with the panhard frame mount.
I usually keep the spare up under the rear frame. I took it off to make is easier to investigate what the schizzle is going on under there hahaI missed something about your weight removal then.
