to me it didn't look like that would be enough blockage to cripple the engine power, could still see light thru it sort of, but that was it for sure.

yeah I might have looked at it and thought that can't be it myself. but it looks like the pressure tested it. I'll have to remember that.

speaking on ls header studs. I just got these with a set of headers for my ls3 car and honestly I don't even know what to think. feels light weight but I don't believe it's aluminum but maybe. almost to pretty to use haha.

just got word back, yep they are titanium stud kit.

I don't have them on 2 of my cars, both are pre-96 and don't require emissions test. I have a non-cat H pipe for the 2002 that I used to run and just swap the stock catted pipe on every 2 years when it needed to test, but got tired of doing that a few years ago. I still have the catless pipes sitting in the garage attic
