95 black does the top of the master cylinder bottle clears the hood when closed? I can get one off a 2001 I think tahoe $ 15.00 at junk yard so there is a big difference in braking? I guess the first step is to get that M/C.

I sometime rock paper towels under hood. Had shop towels in the back but they are long gone..
