Sounds like how my first set of front hubs went. I had to torch 4 off and only one came out clean.Completed my front hub replacement a few days ago. I used Timken hubs. It did not go easy. My bolts were so bad they needed the bolt heads chiseled off and then extracted due to rust deterioration of the bolt head. Only 2 of the total of six (Did both sides) came out clean. I had to pay to get it up on a lift because it was too involved for jack stands. I also had to pay $13 a bolt because I did not have them on hand and had to pay to have them delivered. The good news is that it fixed the problems I was having with wheel movement and the ABS sensor activating when driving low speeds. Now my truck is back to being dependable. I was going to go ahead and change my front oxygen sensors while I was at it but the rust is so bad I had to stop or risk twisting the whole bung out of the exhaust pipe. I guess 173,000 miles of road salt will complicate things. I wish I would have washed the truck more often.
