What should I do next for my heat to work? heres a diagram and what ive done...

Line 20 when attached to 21 should have vacuum on the side of line that attaches to solenoid you pictured tho it may be hard to feel with ahose of small diameter. DDid you do the volt test?

idk its dark now but ill check the line for suction while disconnected from #19 on the firewall, if the line is plugged you think that could be the issue? Couldnt fine my little tester but will 2morrow or buy another ont....

Just checked #20 on the solenoid end(while the other end is on #21) and there is strong suction on that end...cant find my tester...the solenoid is the second one, took one off another truck like mine for $2 and thought i'd try it but

The temp dial was all the way on 'hot' in the red....the blower motor was on high/ignition on too...idk what the issue might be now

With that line 20 connected to engine an water valve solenoid did you get a vacuum onthe hose that goes from solenoid to water valve? And what volvoltage did you get when the temp dial was set to max cold detent and a/c control on?

No vacuum on the hose that goes from solenoid to water valve at all, dont recall the numbers from the test as a friend did it for me
