if you can get thoses numbers it would be great but that circuit i think is where your problem lies. but for now if really needed butt those two hoses together to see if the heat gets going for you.No vacuum on the hose that goes from solenoid to water valve at all, dont recall the numbers from the test as a friend did it for me

i should have the full tech data in front of me Tuesday i think. will help some more.
