What should I do next for my heat to work? heres a diagram and what ive done...

Yes, then you can fix it the "right" way when its warmer out

No vacuum on the hose that goes from solenoid to water valve at all, dont recall the numbers from the test as a friend did it for me

if you can get thoses numbers it would be great but that circuit i think is where your problem lies. but for now if really needed butt those two hoses together to see if the heat gets going for you.

Thanks man, put the hoses together?...as in removing the control valve all together? and put the hoses together?

bypass the firewall solenoid. get some plastic hose fittings from your local stores hardware parts section and stick both vacuum hoses together. simpler then dooing the coolant lines and making a mess right now if you need the heat now.
