Which hid kit?

I use the putco leds conversion kit. The reason being is because of the built in fan on the bukbs, that keep them cool. The hids put off a lot of heat and eventually will melt your housing. All I had to do to hook up the leds were trim the outer bezel on the back of the low beam housing. Not much. The leds bulbs are a bit bigger, but they're worth it. I had many hid kits and not one kit lasted longer than 6 months l.

And those projector headlights are shit. I wouldn't waste my money. I would buy your own projectors. And pop your headlights in the oven and retro fit them projectors your self. The process isn't hard I retrofitted led pods for my high beams. Plan on doing a projector for my low beam next.

So youre pretty much just saying anyone premade retro fit lights are garbage? I just want some smoked headlights with bright whiteish blue light. My 8000k kit was great on my explorer with regular headlights.
