Its the chrome hard one on the top. Leaks where its pressed in the body of the pump.Is it a new hose and clamp on there?
Gates or GM would be best choice for replacement.

How about a pic or two for all of us?
It was an online purchase. I don't recall brand. So, not the install that created the leak, is poor quality pump. What brand is it so others here know to STAY AWAY from that brand. Who knows, the noise may go away with a quality pump install. I will say this as well. Sometimes you just get a bad new part, even if is Genuine GM pump or AC Delco, but the odds are always in their favor.
Since it is just pressed in, you might be able to work it out and apply some RTV or Teflon thread sealant on there and push it back in.It was an online purchase. I don't recall brand.
Or the serpentine belt idler pulley which I just replaced because of a bearing whistling sound at certain RPMs in cold weather. The whistle sound could the tensioner pulley bearing.I have one that squeals.
