The belt that drives all the accessories from the crank. Aka fan belt in the old days.

248,*** on my 2004 Z71 Tahoe. Bought it in 2008 with 148,***. Did the valves around 154,***. No tranny work, no other mechanical work. Still running great. Only issue is my 4wd doesn't work right.
