lol, I have talked my way out a few tickets, but the dash cam is for the idiots on the road twice it has saved me from bold face lying son's-a-bitches with video proof
almost caught a crash yesterday silverado vs toyota tundra (guy in the silverado ran the red light)


also almost got hit head on with a uhaul truck(they cut the corner on a left turn)

Not without consent. Those apps used to be available. The ones that are still on the market alert the other caller that they are being recorded.

if someone calls you then I am pretty sure you have the right to record it, calling them is probably different.
otherwise answering machines would have always been illegal. there are app's in google and the apple store to install that you can use to record your cell phone calls

**reason being also if someone calls you they have no reasonable expectation of privacy you could be on speakerphone, conference phone, in a public place, etc
