About a year ago I noticed my 08 Tahoe leaking coolant at the hose attached to the cylinder head. My Tahoe runs beast no issues, no check engine, no smoke, no bubbling in coolant reservoir, no over heating, nothing!! Question is can I just switch out the part (hose) from where the leak is coming from? See Pictures, any suggestions are highly appreciated! Thank you!

Looks to me like it's the crossover hose seals. But to answer your question, yes, you can replace the seals and/or the hose, and it's an easy job with a 10mm socket and a pair of pliers.

Seals: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=7675616&cc=1441040&pt=10261&jsn=957
Hose: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=366156&cc=1441040&pt=11564&jsn=967

Here's what it looks like with the hose removed:

It is comically simple. Just remove the hose on the left side of the crossover pipe. Remove both 10mm bolts. Pull off the crossover pipe, and replace o-rings.

Reinstall it all. You might want to crack the overflow tank cap to release any built-up pressure in the system so you don't spray coolant when disconnecting the hose on the cross-over pipe.
