I put my heads on and put everything together, it was running rough and I tried to adjust the timing with my distributor cap with the hole in it to see the spark at over 1100rpm.     The gasket set is the 7733pt2. Anyway heads and intake are on and torqued found some remans for $350. They'll suit my needs for now, I plan on getting a full long block and a new tranny sometime next year

    Thanks sunlit! Unfortunately the other head is cracked in two places, so I need two heads instead of one. So does anyone have any suppliers that are cheap on their prices? They don't need to be new, they can be remanufactured just need some help please!

    Yep it was a blown HG and a cracked head right at the #2 intake valve. The drivers side head is ok, didn't see any cracks but I'll have it checked anyway, may just put two new heads on it if I can find some cheap. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
