2004 GMC YUKON SLT, 5.3L, AWD - NEUTRAL RED Indicator Light
It should be plug and play, the computer functions are in a separate module (TCCM). The switch is just a dumb switch I'm pretty sure on these. Maybe check a junkyard or eBay for a cheap one. I picked one up for my Trailblazer for about $20 shipped brand new. -

Oem fuel pump!
Agreed. If it's something easy to change like an alternator I MIGHT, try an aftermarket re-man from a chain store. For a fuel pump though where you have to drop the tank each time to change it I wouldn't trust anything but OEM.- Wake

Sounds normal to me. What was the outside temp today where you are? In slow/stop and go traffic your temps will climb without the A/C on. These trucks should be like other emissions controlled vehicles where they run to about 240 before the fan kicks on (without A/C). The A/C on demands...- Wake

Oil in the gasoline? I wonder if you're plugging up your cats or fouling your O2 sensros. I've never seafoamed a vehicle, I do add it to the gasoline in a 1.5 ratio to the recommended amount but never directly through the intake as I see is very popular.- Wake
