Changed oil and filter, differential and transfer case fluids. Put in led DRLs. Put on the winter wheels and tires finally. And a of course gave it a bath.
Sounds like a bad pump(fuel pressure test) or a blocked cat(backpressure test). An easy way to check for a blocked cat is to take an upstream O2 sensor out and see if it runs any better. Its rather crude and CAN be dangerous, but it will give you an idea of whats up.

Reprogrammed most of the modules to the latest calibrations, and reset my tire size in the ABS module again. I keep playing with tire sizes to balance out a full wheel arch and power/braking efficiency.
Yeah, you will need to cycle the ABS to finish the bleed procedure and get a good pedal. The gravel road trick will help, but the only way to be sure is with a scan tool. It doesn't HAVE to be a tech II, just a bi-directional tool with ABS capability. You should be able to talk a local garage...
Finally got around to rebuilding and installing then programming the cluster I picked up with a trans temp gauge. Then took a look at the recently stationary drivers seat. Seems one of the forward/back drive cables destroyed itself. Not sure what happened, everything moves fine so its not like...
