Flasher for LED’s without using a Resistor?

It’s the other way around. Cruse control won’t engage without the resistors, at least on my 04 Tahoe.

    Center console sub specs??

I was looking to do the same thing with the console sub. I ended up with an Alpine hu, upgraded door speakers, kept Bose amp for those. Kept original sub but added a powered Alpine sub under the rear seat and couldn't be happier.

"Service Air Bag" message & lite

My friend bought a 05 Tahoe with the service air bag light on. The seller didn't want to replace sensor because of the dealer cost to do so. I told my friend I wouldn't work on the truck, which was in great shape otherwise, until the issue was fixed. Suspecting it was the front sensor from...

    Fire Extinguisher??

It does a little. I just throw a towel over it when I put the seat down, which for me isn't often. The subwoofer actually holds the seat up more then the fire extinguisher does.

You are right about this fix. I used it years ago and it solved the issue I had with X10. Now your going to ask what the capacitor spec was. I got nothing right now....

    Driver's window switch replacement question

looks like I may need to replace the drivers side window switch. Any advice on how to check the switch itself? The drivers window does not work with the switch, but the other windows do. The window does work when I lock the truck with the Viper alarm and will go down with the remote function so...

    Radio (HU) replacement.

If your budget is $500, please do yourself a favor and check out Crutchfield. I just replaced a friends HU in an 05, Kenwood touch screen,DVD, Bluetooth, rear view camera, XM, mounting kit, and harness. It was about $600 but that was for everything and pretty top of the line HU. There were less...

Your missing the turn on for the stock amp. Again it's a blue/white wire. You may have the wrong wire harness adaptor. I just did this to 2 tahoes with Bose and both had the blue/while.

    Tune Up

I had the same problem. Got the plug in and am hoping it's not cross threaded. No leaks or issues for 10,000 miles.

Blue/white wire connected to the head unit and harness? That's the amp turn on signal.

Are D or E rated tires really necessary for towing?

The pressure listed on the side of the tire is usually the max psi for the tire. Same tire is used on many different vehicles. GM has determined what pressure works best with our vehicles. I'd start with the pressure listed on the drivers door jamb then adjust it from there. When I went to 20"...
