Good stuff both Tony’s!!

Nice find on the equipment and not too bad on shipping either.

Will be nice once installed.
Thanks Mike
Very happy to be finding some guys with what I'm after for the truck.

Not so daunting when you start finding businesses who bring parts in!

Just going to go down and align the bumper lights. Truck is getting valley gasket done tomorrow and hopefully they have time to do the w.o.f as well.[emoji106]

Okay so the Yukon now has new valley gasket. Noticed on the way home tho,no temp gauge.
Found the cause, temp sensor wire has been pinched up in the rocker cover as it was reattached [emoji849] will see if I can get that out & repair it without starting an oil leak from the rocker cover.
Also notice throttle body accelerator cable mount not secured properly. 2 jobs to do.

Am happy otherwise. It was the 1st time he had done one with this injection set up and took him over 8hrs,only charged me 4.5 hrs and dropped $50 off so I can forgive 1 or 2 things. Alrighty!! Solved the couple of issues with the great work the mechanic did. [emoji122][emoji122][emoji122][emoji122]
Ended up being about 6 things I had to change or connect. Got a bit grumpy and broke the purge line into 3 trying to get it back under the aircon housing as it was put back as an afterthought during reassembly. Brittle this old stuff ay!
Gauges working again. Lol petrol one is working and yes I need gas! [emoji6]

While I was in the mood I thought I'd do a feel good job and install the 2" lowering shackles. Easiest job I've done yet!!

Will go for a drive and see how it settles.
Think it is just about bang on level! [emoji2937][emoji41]a8f2926336db8794ec441d952dcdd83e.jpg2234d795afc8e3403276eca16a6ae540.jpg

Hey I might get someone to help me take the 2" body lift out!! Am liking how it feels and have yet to do new shocks & get the springs reset but man that would sack it out nicely.
Might have to drop to a 60 profile tire tho [emoji848][emoji847].

Hey
For some reason my tapatalk app or administration shut me out and I've had to unistall/install the app and now it is much different to negotiate so I'm learning this setup.
Glad I didn't lose any content! Phew:)

Anyways I'm Back!!!

Went to see the wife's cousin who works for Bellamy & East spring makers yesterday.
Roger took a look at my springs and reckons they're in good condition.
Happy about that.
I was going to get him to reset them but He told me to wait until I have my new shocks in,drive it for a wee while and if I find any wallowing he can place a new piece of steel in the bottom of the leaf that will firm it up.(noninvasive)
*** good to get his input. Save some $$$ and time pulling it down
