Have you had any issues with longevity of the motor/drivetrain or concerns of it in the long run? Curious as I have an 07 as well that at the moment runs really good just hitting 95K but still wanting a little more power but need it to last a while.

Not at all, runs great and I beat the crap out of it daily lol... I'm still having some Service Stabilitrak and Service Suspension messages on my DIC after the suspension removal but I'm going to reprogram my BCM to eliminate all that electronic crap anyways since my goal is around 800hp for summer with a 416 short block (don't need traction control lol). I'm still running on the factory bottom end and just hit 156k miles. When I purchased the truck I didn't have the best oil pressure (probably sloppy main bearing clearance from the factory or 10yrs of wear) so I switched to Valvoline 10w40 and don't have any issues here in Michigan in the cold or heat, great oil pressure now.

I also plan to upgrade my cooling system for the supercharger because I'm seeing higher intake temps than I'd like and I had to pull out a ton of power to keep KR (knock retard) below 5 degrees. I will install an interchiller system that ties in to the A/C and it will give me 20 - 30 degree IAT temps, should pick up another 75hp between that and adding the timing back in. The truck is a complete beast in it's current form, can't wait to really start pushing it.

Other things to check is the front differential and transmission at that mileage. My front diff had some metal in it so I change often with Mobil 1 synthetic and will rebuild it when I do the short block. I've also rebuilt my transmission so not much else to worry about really, just flush the transfer case. Getting it tuned properly is the difference between life and death for the transmission (even stock) and the engine. I spent a TON of time with HP Tuners creating an injector map for the CTSV injectors due to VVT. I took my stock cal and a stock CTSV cal and kinda merged them together with some tweaks.

Lemme know if you have any other questions, happy to help...
