I'm not even going to bother arguing this one out again. Anyone that thinks that "supposed Escalade concept" is anywhere in the near future for the Escalade is obviously a duck.
The Escalade is the Cadillac flagship money making car that is bought due to its size, luxuriousness, and being American made. The only competition it has under the same context is the Lincoln Navigator.
GM is not about to make it some uni-body SRX type SUV as long as it sells, which it always will considering it always looks better than it main competitor, the Navigator, and can still be afforded by numerous people.

And to add to my post, according to various press releases, the next Escalade is not going to be similar to the 2014 Tahoe/Yukon like the older generations have been. Currently, and previously, the Escalade has been/is pretty much a Tahoe with a few different body parts and luxurious touches. The 2015 Escalade is said to be completely different looking (at least to the point where it can't be mixed up with ) its Chevy/GMC similar models.

I don't think Lincoln even makes the navigator anymore. By the way the last one was hideous. And yes. The escalade will be shrinking in size in the future.

Uhhhh unfortunately they still make that nasty liking truck. They should go back to the last style.

I'm gonna join this wagon too because this thread is useless.
But on the contrary, Robbie does it not look like the future Explorer to you?
Remember, it is disguised with Cadillac badges.
The other crossover in the background of the OP pic is the future Ford edge. It is also disguised in Cadi badges.

I think sissies would be quite happy in that vehicle.

So would it make sense to offer yet another crossover?

What would make sense would be to dump the Escalade from the lineup.
