The larger tvs is overkill unless you have a 6.0 with internal work. The 1900 is just fine on any stock to mild 4.8, 5.3, or 6.0. Think of it like putting a huge single turbo on a stock engine, smaller compressor is more efficient when adequately matched to the engine driving the head unit.

how many Rwhp can i get out of a tvs1900....u said 600 but is that to the crank...and how noticeable is the gain from stock...substantial or wholly shit?

I agree with Max that a 1900 will do just fine. We are running a TVS1900 on the TBSS and a TVS2300 on the Silverado SS (swapped 6.2L in).

You will probably pick up ~110RWHP, depending on your setup.
