Haha I have had too many different setups.
You can use different extenders, but the Belltech ones are best (also more expensive). The DJM ones I had (like all the other parts I have bought from them) did not line up right with the mounting holes. I had to bang them aorund a bit to get them to fit. I also had some BT ones that I mocked up for installation (before I bought the Belltech SP shocks) and they lined right up. I did not install them though.
If you have a set of the DJM or McG ones that are on right now, and they are lined up fine, just keep them.
The rear Bilstein HD part number is BIL F4-BE5-E375-H0
