Currently running a universal bluetooth fm transmitter with my stock 08 navi/xm headunit. I only use it for streaming music and the sound just isn't loud enough. Which interface has everyone been going with? And how is the sound quality?

I have an 07 Escalade with the stock head unit. I'm looking for an add on Bluetooth module, just wondering if anyone with this generation has had any luck, I haven't found a USB port or a 3.5mil stereo jack. Anyone had success with add ons?

07-14 Escalade that have external XM receivers can add a plug n play A2DP BT module in just a few minutes. Some of the 12-14 Burb, Tahoe & Yukon have the external XM module. You’ll have to verify.

Again, the above module is for A2DP (music, audio) by streaming from a device, not making calls.

Factory BT for phone calls is simply added by swapping out the 07/08 VCIM / OnStar module for one from a 09-14 full size SUV. It’s plug n play and no programming required.
