Electrical connection

I replaced cracked heads with rebuilts several months ago. After everything was back together, my 5.7 L vortec started but ran rough. Check engine light code shows P0301, misfire on cylinder #1. I was nosing around under the hood and found an electrical connection that was not connected into anything (picutre attached). The wire looks like it was attached to the throttle cable braket by a little black plastic clamp, but I can't see where it connects to.

Any help would be appreciated.

That goes to the AC.

looks to be the A/C High pressure cut out switch connector which plugs in to the back of compressor.
