The new ones looks so chunky and droopy. I think part of it is the power steps are so thick and not painted or chrome. Then when looking at it from the rear, they're so narrow its kind of goofy. I can't figure it out, will definitely need to see about 20 out on the road in person first lol

Well it’s hard to tell from the pictures, but one thing is certain, the new GM triplets will outsell the competition, by far.

I bet Escalade spanks the Navigator by outselling it 10:1 in the first 12 months of full production.

Agreed. The escalade will remain the choice of the garish Rolex wearing slicked hair crowd as well as rappers and of course, livery...even before they see them in person. Conformity and consistency is key to that demo. They MUST go with the herd.

But for the other two it remains to be seen. The specs are impressive but many long timers may wander now that the rear suspension is the same as all other SUVs.

I built a Denali and it said the tow capacity was 7,500lbs. That's only 100lbs more than my Q7 or our old Grand Cherokee. My Q7 already has a higher payload rating than the suburban did. I guess I just expected these to remain more capable.

Of course, those are just numbers. I'd still much rather pull our boat (4,500lbs dry) with a full size truck platform. Especially with the 6.2

The new Denali is sweet. I like how bold the exterior is, especially the front and sides. The interior looks modern and high tech too. Can’t wait to see it in person and take it for a test drive.

Makes the Ford Navigator look like an old lady’s car, a sick cougar old lady with sagging everything the way the front of that Navigator droops down.

However the new Denali front looks masculine, mean, and classy at the same time. GM did a good job with the Denali in my opinion. But I will reserve final judgement after I test drive it...

Yeah odd. Maybe they are just being conservative since it’s their first full size SUV with IRS...not sure. Too bad because without looks, towing numbers (and blind loyalty) is going to have to carry it.

LOL, decades of overall dominace might be more influential than "blind loyalty." Would you put your kids 529 in an expy or a burb? Lets do it today on a VIN? Ill put CASH on it - will you mouthy boy?
