module programming using MDI-2 tool

does anyone have any tips on programming modules using an MDI2 tool and ACDELCO subscription?

first time using the system - car is a 2011 Tahoe 5.3

I haven't used that tool only the OBDxpro GT. but they should all be the same ish if they aren't clones. clones might add a few steps. the acdeco site is kinda a pain and glitchy. best to watch some YouTube walk thru videos. some tips in there one what order to do things.

also check the minimum computer specs the site calls out. mine wasn't new enough and I needed to borrow a newer laptop and even then it struggled a bit but basically youtube is the best

Take your time, pick the tool within the program and not external or it won't be available to ACDelco.

I like to put the battery tender on the truck and power the Tech-2 or MDI with power from the house.
